We offer bespoke care packages for our VIP clients, to meet wide ranging needs. Our experience with high profile clients affords you the knowledge that your confidentiality is of the upmost importance to us and will be protected by the relevant NDA’s.

We are experienced in liaising with numerous parties involved in a client’s care package including assistants and private medical staff, often internationally. These packages are provided from hourly visits and long companionship visits to 24 hour live in care, and also cover a Nurse or Private Healthcare Assistant accompanying you on international travel.

You will have the reassurance that your appointed care manager will co-ordinate your visits, and can provide a private nurse or GP on occasions when this is required. Should you wish for a manager to be on call 24 hours per day this can also be arranged. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

Medical appointments

Your dedicated nurse / private healthcare professional will attend appointments with you when required and record and relay any medical information to any other parties involved in our care.

  • Bespoke flexible care designed to meet all of your healthcare needs whilst suited to your lifestyle.
  • 24 hour care and peace of mind that all of your healthcare needs will be met.
  • Multiple live in carers or care packages comprising live in / daily and night carers are available as required. All healthcare and medical needs can be met when providing care in your own home.

Specialist nursing

  • Your designated Private Healthcare Executive can provide you with advice and support with medical queries and arrange for a specialist nurse to attend to you.
  • We discreetly provide nurses or private healthcare assistants to take vital observations, blood tests and IV medication drips (including vitamins) amongst other medical services.

24 hour on call Manager

Your VIP Care Package will include access to our 24 hour on call service to request:

  • Out of hours attendance by a Private Healthcare Executive
  • Advice and support with healthcare / medical queries
  • Organise additional nurse / private healthcare assistant visits
  • Organise a Private GP / other health professional

International travel companion

Your bespoke care plan can incorporate multiple residences and our team of nurses and private healthcare assistants can accompany you on international travel. Our VIP team have experience with yachts and private planes.

Designated Private Healthcare Executive

As a VIP client you will have a designated Private Healthcare Executive to manage your care services. You will receive an initial face to face meeting at a location convenient to you. They will conduct an assessment of needs and profile your team of nurses and private healthcare assistants to best match your specifications and provide a tailor made service.

You will be offered a monthly review meeting either in person or via video / telephone call. We also offer your Private Healthcare Executive appointments at residences outside of the Belgium where required for example to introduce / integrate a new nurse.

Companionship / Accompany to events

Your dedicated nurse / private healthcare professional can act as a chaperone or companion to social events.
