DEMENTIA



Annelies De Smet


Annelies De Smet is one of our dementia and Alzheimer’s specialist carers. Based between Antwerp and Ghent, she brings a calm, reassuring style of support and extensive experience helping older adults remain comfortable in their own home. Annelies is known for her patience, companionship and warm approach, and she enjoys preparing nutritious meals, reading aloud and encouraging gentle daily routines that support confidence and wellbeing.

Sanne van Dijk


Sanne van Dijk has over 13 years of care experience and supports clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s and physical disabilities. Originally from the Netherlands, she is valued for her calm communication, reliability and person-centred approach. Sanne takes pride in making sure every client receives attentive, high-quality support tailored to their needs and preferences.

NIGHTS



Charlotte Baker


Charlotte Baker joined Elderly Care Living in 2020 and is one of our Night carers. She has 20 years’ experience of working in the care industry. She previously working in a residential care home for residents living with Dementia. Alongside working she studied for her degree in health and social care and a became a qualified dementia trainer. Charlotte is extremely caring and is so passionate about her job. She really enjoys working with her clients to provide them with the support they need and appreciates that no client has the same care needs. When Charlotte has so spare time she spends time with her 3 sons who keep her extremely busy! She also enjoys keeping active through swimming, walking and going to the gym.

Nicole Vermeulen


Nicole Vermeulen has worked at Elderly Care Living since 2021, bringing experience and special training which, makes her an asset to the Elderly Care Living team. She is currently working towards obtaining her Level 3 access to nursing and social care which shows her commitment to furthering her knowledge and skills. Her dedication to her work and compassion for her clients are admirable qualities. She is extremely passionate about providing exceptional care and helping her clients when they might be at their most vulnerable.

Emma Clarke


Emma Clarke joined Elderly Care Living in 2023 and we have had nothing but lovely feedback from all our clients. Emma believes that it is imperative to understand each of her clients’ individual needs, preferences and interests, so she can provide tailored care and support that meet their requirements. She is a fantastic listener and has a real understanding on how important it is to work collaboratively with her clients to enable them to keep their independence. Emma is always open to learning and improving her skills – taking on any extra training that is offered to her.

VIP



Katie Janssen


Katie Janssen has been in the care profession for 14 years, which can be seen from her extensive care profile. She joined Elderly Care Living in 2020 and has progressed from working as one of our daily team members to putting her expertise towards our VIP client packages. Katie is extremely dedicated to her job. Providing clients with the reassurance that confidentiality is of the highest importance whilst also building a relationship that’s filled with trust. Katie is an extremely organised individual who is great at liaising with numerous medical professionals.

Olivia Bennett


Olivia Bennett started working for Elderly Care Living in 2017 and has taken on numerous positions in the company both care and office based. She is extremely personable and is always looking to go above and beyond for the people she works with. Olivia has fantastic communication skills and works alongside numerous parties to provide the best level of care for every client.

Complex



Kerrian Peeters


Kerrian Peeters started working for Elderly Care Living in 2019 and has been in the care profession for 11 years. Kerrian has worked on many of our complex care packages and provides night visits for numerous clients. Kerrian possesses all the qualities that we value in our carers. She’s patient, dedicated to her job and is extremely respectful. She knows how to adapt to a routine that works for every client and supports the self-respect of the person, recognising their capacities whilst promoting independence and reassurance.

Eva De Clercq


Eva De Clercq joined Elderly Care Living in 2020 and works with many of our clients who require complex care packages. Prior to becoming a carer, she worked as a medical assistant in her home town in Hungary for 4 years. Her skills and knowledge enable her to provide specialised care to clients with a range of varying needs. Her empathy, kindness and positive attitude make her an invaluable member of our team.

LIVE IN



Sandra Davidson


Sandra Davidson has worked in the care industry for 40 years, bringing a wealth of knowledge from owning and running her own care home in Wokingham. She is now working at Elderly Care Living as one of our Live In carers. She takes great pride in her work and strives to provide the best possible care to her clients, always putting their well-being and happiness first. She understands the importance of being reliable, patient and compassionate, and is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those she cares for. Sandra loves building relationships with her clients and their families, allowing her to truly understand the care and support that they require.

Angela Bekir


Angela Bekir has been working in the care profession for over 13 years and works with a handful of clients as their live-in carer. Angela’s commitment to the well-being of her clients is commendable and we see her as an invaluable asset to our team. Angela is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that her clients receive the highest quality of care possible. Her calm and patient demeanour, coupled with her experience and expertise, leaves clients and their families in the best possible hands. Seeing her clients happy, comfortable and able to live independently in their own surroundings is a great source of satisfaction and fulfilment for her.

Children & Young people



Melina Parnell


Melina Parnell has been working at Elderly Care Living since 2019 and is one of our Senior Carers. Over the years Melina has built up her portfolio with numerous training credentials and has worked with all of our clients at one point or another.

Louise Mendel


Louise Mendel joined the Elderly Care Living team in 2022 and has been working for our bespoke specialist and nursing packages. Louise has been in the health and social care sector for a long time, working as a domiciliary carer, a team leader in a nursing home and working on complex care packages. Louise has fantastic communication skills and has an exceptional understanding of her client’s medical conditions and any medication that they are taking. Her job requires her to be extremely dedicated and have a big heart – something that her clients recognise and appreciate.

NURSING



Carol Lundy


Carol Lundy has been working with Elderly Care Living since 2022. She has 23 years of experience in the care and nursing profession working predominantly with children with complex needs. For the past 10 years she has been working with children, adults and the elderly. Carol is a big asset to the team. She is fantastic at working within a team of carers or on her own. She has a natural ability to communicate with adults and children alike, putting them at ease, even in difficult situations. Overall, Carol’s skills, experience and positive attitude make her an asset to any team and a valuable caregiver to those she works with.

Beth Tucker


Beth Tucker joined Elderly Care Living in 2022 and has been in the care and nursing profession for over 10 years, completing her NVQ2 and her access to nursing training. Her main specialist background is in paediatric’s and adult tracheotomy and ventilation. Beth has a lovely warm personality that shines through as she spends time with her clients. They really appreciate her thoughtful nature and calm demeanour.
