Established in 2014, Elderly Care Living are a team of professional carers who look after over 100+ patients throughout the Belgium. With a team of 70+ qualified and registered carers, Elderly Care Living protect our clients with tailor made care plans and expertly matched carers which allow them to remain independent within their own homes.

Eloise is a professionally trained Barrister and Solicitor with 7 years experience practicing Criminal Law and Prison Law. She established a strong client base and headed a new criminal criminal department in a busy West London firm. Eloise represented clients at the Police Station, in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court, prison adjudications and parole hearings, and has worked on some high profile cases. She has completed the QLTT, police station accreditation, and duty solicitor accreditation.

Prior to launching Elderly Care Living, Eloise managed a team of 20 staff at Down Lodge Residential Home, where she formulated training and development strategies for care home staff, and designed the strategic and tactical plans to ensure operational competence. Eloise has been professionally registered with the CQC from the age of 19.

Rebecca is responsible for identifying purpose & scope within its policies & procedures and developing contingency plans and strategies for business compliance and planning. Whilst overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service she is also the Safeguarding Lead and Data Protection Champion for the organisation.
Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge and skills from her previous roles & life experiences. Studying Advanced Health & Social care followed by an Adult Nursing Degree with Kings College London (KCL) at Guys & St Thomas’ Hospital.
During these years Rebecca was fortunate enough to travel the world on two separate occasions in 2003 & 2007. She enjoyed mountain climbs, jungle hikes and glacier adventures in Asia and New Zealand before experiencing the delights of scuba diving, skydiving and horse riding in the Australian outback. In-between traveling & studies Rebecca took a Deputy Managers position at a Residential Home for the elderly then later joined a Domiciliary Care Agency as their Team Leader before quickly progressing to Care Manager. In 2013 Rebecca became a registered Manager at a large homecare provider before changing direction to work with young people & adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities. She worked within the management team here for the next 5 years developing her care & nursing skills.
Rebecca married and started a family in 2014 though still eager to progress in her carer she joined Elderly Care Living in 2017. After working with the CEO some years before she knew that they shared the same work ethics with a passion for delivering excellent care. The chance to work with Elderly Care Living was too good of an opportunity to miss.
Rebecca continues to be dedicated & committed to the service especially as new challenges arise. Yearning to learn new skills and grow with the business. Her most recent goal is to achieve a certificate in higher education for Business Management and to develop her British Sign Language skills.
Today she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters exploring new places, focusing on her health, fitness & wellbeing. Rebecca loves watching live music, wild cold water swimming and challenging herself to try new things.

Christine is responsible for providing mandatory training for all health and social care subjects, in addition to ensuring staff on-going development and evaluating overall staff performance. This includes completing the recruitment and induction programme to ensure company compliance.

Christine also supports the Chief Operations Officer with her role. Christine has a warm approachable personality demonstrating great team leadership skills which allows her to form strong relationships with the carers and clients.

With over 20 years’ experience in the care and nursing industry, Christine is a huge support to the whole team, her previous role as Care Manager for Elderly Care Living was held for 4 years supporting the Chief Executive Officer with the day to day operations of the company. Her role included initial client assessments, care planning, risk assessments, and ensuring staff compliance and the maintenance of high standards through spot checks, supervisions and appraisals, whilst being the main point of contact for all clients and carers. Christine also liaised with healthcare professionals such as GP’s, Pharmacists, Occupational Therapists and Clinical Leads in the planning and reviewing of care packages. Christine has vast experience within the care sector starting out at as daily carer at the age of 16 following in her mother’s footsteps.

Christine quickly progressed to senior carer and wanted to further her career, she spent a period of time nursing on the elderly rehabilitation ward at Wokingham hospital and gained a wealth of nursing experience within this role. Christine decided she wanted to return to a care home setting where she could build relationships with the residents, and focus her skills. Christine progressed well in her career and was soon promoted to Assistant Manager at Down lodge residential home where she completed the NVQ in Health and social care. Within this role Christine supported the Registered manager with the day to day running of the home ensuring each resident received exceptional care. Christine was also the responsible person for the ordering, handling and administration of medication.

When asked why she chose to return to Elderly Care Living Christine said “There is no other Company I would work for, Elderly Care Living have truly redefined the way care has been provided in the community, we are a family”.

Her role includes the day to day running, leadership and guidance / support of the daily care team. Hayley has held her current position since 2018 and came to Elderly Care Living with many years’ experiences in domiciliary care comprising senior and coordinating roles.

Hayley is responsible for ensuring continuity of care is provided across the board by our care teams and with her exceptional organizational and time management skills. She plays a vital part in logistics and rota planning and the growth and expansion of the daily team working to achieve targets and deadlines. Hayley plays an active role in selecting new staff members and the recruitment process. Hayley will often be found demonstrating her knowledge and experience in moving and handling, training, and supporting the carers out in the field when needed. Hayley conducts spot checks and staff supervisions and appraisals and is an integral part of day to day operations.

Hayley is the first point of contact for our daily and live in clients and conducts initial assessments and writes care plans ensuring the packages of care are tailored to clients’ needs and preferences. A huge part of Hayley’s role is liaising with our clients, their families and other health care professionals to ensure the quality of care being received, continuously reviewing care plans and implementing updates and changes to clients’ care plans and risk assessments. Hayley works closely with the senior carers regarding client reviews, risk assessments and staff performance and spot checks.

With legal compliance and best practice key to Hayley’s role, she keeps up to date with regulations and any changes and ensures these are reflected in the company policies and procedures. Information from our compliance systems is reviewed regularly to ensure standards are being maintained. Hayley assists the Registered Manager and Chief Operations Officer with medications management, review and compliance.

Hayley is a well-respected member of the team and her attentive, approachable nature means that she can form good relationships with clients and carers alike.

With a confident, warm personality Shantelle gets on well with all clients and enjoys the client management part of her role that involves liaising with family members, GP’s, Occupational therapists, hospital staff and other health professionals.
Shantelle has held her current position within Elderly Care Living since 2017, bringing with her a wealth of experience in complex care and specialist care. Also in dementia / Alzheimer’s and mental health, from her 10 years training and experience in a secure dementia unit and both domiciliary and residential care. During her training Shantelle completed her NVQ Level 3 in Care. Shantelle is passionate about protecting those who are more vulnerable due to their mental health, and champions clients’ rights and independence / freedom of choice. Continuity of care is key when delivering live in care and Shantelle maintains this through excellent rota co-ordination and ensures compliance and the delivery of the highest quality care through regular spot checks, staff supervisions and our In house quality assurance programme.
Shantelle is part of the management development programme and is involved with management training as well as being responsible for identifying and recruiting high-quality carers.
Shantelle’s personal beliefs about care align perfectly with Elderly Care Living vision and when offered the position to join the management team, her response was “Elderly Care Living provide the highest standard of care and continuity to their clients, and I would be honoured to join such a great management team” .

In order to promote safe, independent living at home and person-centred care (something with Laura is passionate about), Laura takes great pride in preparing detailed and personalised care plans and risk assessments.

Laura has worked with Elderly Care Living since 2018 and started with the company as a Care Assistant. Laura’s natural abilities were quickly recognised, and she was invited to complete the management training programme. Although sometimes a high-pressure role, Laura finds her work
extremely rewarding.

Before becoming a care assistant Laura took some time out from her career to have a family and to also care for and nurse her late father who sadly lost his battle with cancer a few years ago. During this time she saw the extensive lengths his care givers went to, to provide support and care not only to her father but her family as well. That was the deciding factor in Laura wanting to pursue a career in Care and that’s when she found Elderly Care Living. Laura wanted families to be assured that their loved ones are looked after and cared for, like she would her own family. Laura actively supports and fundraises for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Laura is kind, patient and cheerful whose warmth and sincerity is reflected in her work. She is a real team player and an asset to Elderly Care Living. She chose Elderly Care Living to be a part of their dedicated team and provide an outstanding service to their clients.

Rebecca’s natural ability to liaise with others saw her progression into the position of Business Development Manager whilst still heading up the recruitment team

Rebecca’s passion for people makes her a perfect fit for her role in finding quality carers and nurses to grow our team. Rebecca is also key in developing and nurturing relationships with external professionals who rely on our service.

Rebecca is kind, bubbly, hardworking and wants nothing more than to fill Elderly Care Living with the most dedicated carers. She is responsible for the recruitment for the Live in team and daily team along with sourcing the right candidates for our more complex packages for specialist carers and nurses.
